This is a full-time on-site role located in Spokane, WA, for a Behavioral Health Technician. Responsibilities include supporting individuals through behavioral interventions, assisting in skill-building activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The technician will work under the guidance of qualified professionals to implement behavioral management strategies and therapeutic plans tailored to clients' needs. Daily tasks may include data collection, supporting development programs, and maintaining regular communication with team members and families.
- Strong understanding and application of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Expertise in Behavioral Intervention and techniques used to foster positive behavioral change
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Background in Psychology or a related behavioral health discipline
- Ability to work effectively with individuals across diverse age groups
- Crisis management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders is an advantage
