- Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months): $22.84 per hour
- Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary Weekly Commission Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of $2,500

- Undergraduate degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
