Role Description: The Field Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeffersonville, IN. This role provides day-to-day support to field operations, including assisting clinical and administrative staff with service coordination, documentation, and problem resolution. The Field Support Specialist responds to inquiries from clients, caregivers, and internal teams, ensuring timely, accurate information and a positive service experience.
Essential Duties:
- Maintains confidentiality of client, patient, caregiver, and team member information and records
- Meets and maintains HIPAA regulations regarding Protected Health Information
- Assists candidates through the application, hiring, and onboarding process
- Assists with the billing, payroll, and medical records process
- Assists operations with insurance authorizations with our patients' insurance programs.
- Demonstrates positive professional interactions with all candidates, caregivers, team members, clients, and customers
- Greets visitors and provides excellent customer service.
- Assists with various office administrative functions, including ordering office supplies, answering telephone inquiries, photocopying, and monitoring incoming/outgoing facsimiles
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree required
- Minimum one year of administrative work experience, including typing skills
- Meets all federal, state, and local requirements
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
Pay Rate:
$20-$22 per hour
$2,000 annual bonus based on the branch hitting quarterly goals
Potential for 1 remote day per week after a 90-day onboarding/training period
