Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Coordinator, located in Dayton, OH. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relations, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Daily tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating care schedules, addressing client inquiries or concerns, and supporting the administrative needs of the office to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure excellent client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
- Strong Organization Skills to manage schedules, data, and office tasks efficiently
- Experience in improving Customer Experience and fostering positive interactions
- Proficiency with office software and systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or service-related field is beneficial
