Role Description
This full-time on-site role is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is based in Brentwood, TN. The BCBA will conduct assessments, implement behavior intervention plans, and provide hands-on behavior analysis services. The role involves collaborating with clients, caregivers, and team members to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Additionally, the BCBA will deliver parent education and training to foster success in both home and community environments.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Proficiency in Parent Education and behavior management strategies
- Strong foundation in Psychology and its practical applications in behavior management
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and a relevant master’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disorders is a plus
