Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In Clinic

Know Boundaries is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is an on-site clinic position.

What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Analyze data and update programming to ensure meaningful client progress
- Provide parent training and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Support and mentor clinical staff through ongoing feedback and training
- Maintain high standards for ethical practice and documentation compliance
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Licensed in Tennessee
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
