Data Analyst II
Location: Columbia, Maryland (Hybrid role)
Salary Range: $74,000 – $90,000 $6,000 Annual Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex data models, dashboards, and reports
- Define and track KPIs aligned with organizational goals
- Serve as a subject matter expert in data governance and quality assurance
- Mentor junior analysts and foster team development
- Collaborate with IS, finance, clinical, and operations teams to improve data infrastructure
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions and insights
- Automate and optimize data workflows and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Contribute to strategic planning and analytics roadmaps
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics)
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis
- Intermediate proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and data security preferred
- Experience leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English required
