Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks

• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service at the bar and to dining guests

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout service

• Follow portioning, recipe, and presentation standards

• Accurately handle cash and credit transactions

• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service

• Support team service and assist with restocking and closing duties

• Contribute to a positive and professional team atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in an upscale-casual or high-volume restaurant is REQUIRED

• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits, and beer is REQUIRED

• Experience with seafood-focused menus and raw bar service is a plus

• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred

Skills and Qualities:

• Professional and polished with a warm, approachable demeanor

• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy, fast-paced setting

• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

• Strong organizational habits and attention to cleanliness

• Team player with a willingness to assist in all aspects of service

• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
