Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere

• Manage dining room reservations and assist with seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and delivery of excellent guest experiences

• Provide special services for diners celebrating special occasions

• Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution

• Maintain cleanliness in the front-of-house area and ensure all areas are presentable for guests

• Assist with event coordination and special requests as directed by management

• Collaborate with the management team on ad hoc tasks, including helping with training and special duties when needed

• Contribute to the overall positive environment of the restaurant by working well with the team and providing excellent service

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Prior experience as a Host or in a guest-facing role is preferred

• Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus

• Previous experience in an upscale-casual or fine-dining environment is ideal

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication skills with a polished phone manner

• Friendly, engaging, and professional personality

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

• Professional demeanor with the ability to engage with guests in a courteous, respectful manner

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while supporting a seamless guest experience
