Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist
Location: Edgerton, WI
Employment Type: Full-Time, First Shift, Mon–Thurs: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday Overtime as Needed, No Saturday/Sunday work
Pay: Competitive hourly rate: $24.00-26.00/hr based on experience.

Our products are trusted worldwide for their quality, performance, and reliability. We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a CNC Lathe Machinist.
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and maintain CNC lathes and related equipment for boring and turning rollers to precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining precision rollers and will work closely with our production team to ensure products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes for boring and turning rollers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications
- Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, etc.)
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Ability to operate a hoist to move rollers to each operation.
Qualifications
- 3 years of CNC machining experience (lathe experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of boring and turning operations, especially for long or thin wall parts.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments
- Basic math skills and understanding of tolerances.
- Good verbal communication skills for clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to handle tools and components
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
