MaxAbility is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. Full time, part time, and PRN position(s) available in multigenerational clinic settings in Omaha, Nebraska.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can make a difference in the lives of children and adults with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with professionals from many other disciplines.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and treatment strategies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska and/or Iowa.
- New graduates are considered, with supervision provided for completing their clinical fellowship year.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment techniques, and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
