Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are noted and communicated clearly.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and proper table etiquette.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for new guests, maintaining cleanliness throughout service hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards to provide a safe dining environment for everyone.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm is key!
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
