Lube Tech

Here at Max Motors Dealerships, we have an exciting opportunity for an organized, diligent, and capable Lube Tech. This critical role is key to ensuring our customers' satisfaction and the smooth running of our operations. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, dedicated team committed to delivering first-class service to our valued customers. Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and balancing, replacing air filters, and checking and refilling fluids. The successful applicant will be expected to display an attention to detail and high standard of work when carrying out such tasks. Carry out inspections and tests to detect faults and understand the kind of repair and maintenance work required. You will be counted on to provide accurate, thorough, and timely assessments. Work closely with other team members to handle more complex repairs and maintenance tasks. Successful candidates will display a strong ability to work in a team, sharing knowledge and providing assistance where necessary. Maintain a clean and safe workspace. Given the complex and often hazardous nature of the work, a commitment to following health and safety best practices is essential. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and providing information on the work carried out. Qualifications Previous experience in a Lube Tech role or a related area is desired, including evidence of technical skills gained through formal instruction and/or on-the-job experience. Possession of a valid driver’s license is necessary, with a clean driving record being an added advantage. Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina are necessary due to the hands-on and often physically demanding nature of the role. A commitment to customer service, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, is essential. The successful candidate will display excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. A high level of dependability, demonstrated by a steady employment history, is highly desirable.
