We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. Technical responsibilities include performing a wide variety of IT tasks including, but not limited to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, upgrades, of laptops, workstations, servers, networks and related services such as e-mail and telephone systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
- Degree in computer science or engineering or related field, preferred
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience troubleshooting systems
- Skilled in network and software installation
- Proficient with Windows OS and Server
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiar with a range of software and hardware
