Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software.
• Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor security protocols by overseeing access to the property and conducting routine safety checks.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating guest profiles, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest interactions professionally.
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
