Job Overview
Max Capital Hub is seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our credit services office.
This position is responsible for managing client files, supporting the credit process, supervising administrative tasks, communicating with clients, and ensuring that all cases are followed up on properly and on time.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, comfortable working with sensitive financial information, and able to manage multiple client accounts without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the credit services office
- Manage new client onboarding and intake
- Collect and organize client identification, credit reports, and required documents
- Review client credit reports for negative accounts, collections, charge-offs, late payments, and inquiries
- Prepare clear lists of negative items for client files
- Track the progress and status of each client account
- Follow up with clients regarding missing documents, updates, and next steps
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Update client information and notes in company systems
- Prepare client correspondence, reports, and internal documents
- Monitor outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Assign and follow up on administrative responsibilities
- Assist with resolving client concerns professionally
- Protect the confidentiality of client credit and personal information
- Support management with daily operational and administrative needs
- Help maintain consistent office procedures and client-service standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office management, operations, administration, credit services, or financial services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to review documents carefully and identify missing or incorrect information
- Comfortable reading and working with consumer credit reports
- Ability to manage multiple client files and deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, document preparation, and online systems
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
- Previous experience supervising employees is preferred
- Credit repair or credit consulting experience is a plus
Pay: $1,000.00 per week
