Role Description The Finance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL. This position is responsible for analyzing client financial profiles, reviewing financial statements, and supporting the development of funding strategies aligned with client goals. The Finance Specialist will prepare and interpret financial reports, assist in lender-ready documentation, and collaborate with team members to assess creditworthiness and capital options. Daily activities include communicating with clients, clarifying financial requirements, tracking key metrics, and ensuring that recommendations are accurate, compliant, and data-driven.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret and apply financial concepts.
- Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and performing detailed Analytical Skills to support funding strategies.
- Effective Communication skills to explain complex financial information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis, documentation, and report preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
