Job Title: Customer Specialist

Location: Bartow, FL

Pay: $16.82/hour

Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire

Job Description

• Handle multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously
• Process, prepare, and verify incoming applications, newspaper ads, and certified mail
• Calculate, process and balance cash and checks in a sometimes-hurried environment
• Handle customers on the phone and in person
• Process and disburse surplus funds
  
  

Job Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Type 30 WPM
• Proficient use of Word, Excel and the ability to learn industry-based software
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and apply basic bookkeeping skills to balance daily deposits
• High School Diploma/GED
