Entry-Level Sales & Support Specialist – MAX Apparel

This entry-level role is fully trainable — no sales experience required. If you’re a great communicator and enjoy helping people, we’ll teach you the rest!
What You’ll Do:
- Call and connect with warm leads and past customers
- Support outbound sales efforts and lead follow-up
- Answer phone inquiries and assist with catalog orders
- Help process quotes and online orders
- Keep account info organized in our systems
- Assist Sales Specialists and the Sales Manager as needed
What We’re Looking For:
· Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
· Excellent phone and communication skills
· Organized, proactive, and eager to grow
· Comfortable with computers and multitasking
· Bonus: Previous customer service or bilingual (Spanish)
