Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued

• Manage dining room reservations and coordinate seating to ensure efficient service flow

• Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution

• Provide special services for guests celebrating special occasions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area

• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely seating and excellent guest experiences

• Assist with event coordination and special requests as directed by management

• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by working well with others and providing exceptional guest service

• Support the team with additional tasks as needed, including assisting with training and guest needs

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Prior experience as a Host or in a guest-facing role is strongly preferred

• Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus

• Experience in a high-energy, casual dining environment is a plus

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication skills with a polished phone manner

• Friendly, engaging, and professional personality

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• A positive outlook and team-player attitude

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while providing excellent service

• Available Monday's and Tuesday for Lunch and Dinner
