Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager at our North Richland Hills, TX location. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, including managing office equipment, coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining organized records, and providing customer service support. The role requires facilitating efficient office functions, ensuring a productive work environment, and assisting with scheduling and communication between departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interfacing with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, such as scheduling, file management, and correspondence
- Experience in managing and maintaining Office Equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Customer Service abilities to address inquiries, solve problems, and maintain positive relationships
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- Prior experience in an office management or similar administrative role is highly advantageous
