- Own Finance & Accounting: Lead all outsourced accounting functions while embedding yourself as the internal financial expert.
- Be the Single Source of Truth: Deliver financial clarity to the CEO and leadership team — fast, accurate, and actionable.
- Command the P&L: Take ownership of company-wide profitability. Predict outcomes, call the plays, and help the business pull the right levers for growth.
- Put Data to Work: Empower sales, operations, and procurement with real-time insights so decisions are made quickly and profitably.
- Lead Customer Profitability Analysis: Track margin by customer and project, measure results vs. assumptions, and drive corrective action when needed.
- Scale With Growth: Build financial processes and controls that can keep pace as we move from $35M to $70M .
- Hands-on, scrappy leader who thrives in a privately held, fast-growth environment.
- Someone who takes full ownership — you make the CEO unnecessary in finance and accounting.
- A financial driver: you don’t “get up to speed,” you make an impact from day one.
- Strong financial acumen across P&L, cash flow, and forecasting — with the ability to see risks and opportunities before anyone else.
- Comfortable leading outsourced accounting partners, but confident enough to be the embedded finance leader inside the business.
- CPA/CMA is a plus, but not required — what matters most is impact and leadership.
