Position Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Treasury Analyst to support our growing treasury function. This role plays a key part in managing daily cash operations, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring efficient liquidity management across multiple legal entities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, the Treasury Analyst contributes to various treasury and corporate projects as the organization continues to grow and evolve. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a focus on accuracy and efficiency are essential to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a similar field of study preferred
- Strong organization and time management attributes with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Treasury required; experience in the Retail industry or similar field preferred.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge preferred.
- Analytical and meticulous.
- Persistent, self-motivated, independent, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate, develop, and implement new ideas and creative solutions.
- Strong commitment to accuracy in all work.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet all responsibilities, deadlines and commitments of the position
Essential Functions of the Position
- Facilitate and execute company-wide cash movements, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany funding across multiple legal entities.
- Support daily treasury operations, including liquidity monitoring, and forecast-to-actual reconciliation.
- Assist with the onboarding, maintenance, and administration of bank accounts, including deposit accounts, and keep bank account and signer information up to date.
- Coordinate and support treasury related documentation requests, including EIN and W9 applications and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and other internal teams to support treasury inputs into month end close, audits, and financial reporting as needed.
- Participate in treasury projects, process improvements, and ad hoc initiatives.
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the Treasury team as the function continues to scale and evolve
- Assist with additional projects and assignments, including business registrations, trade name/DBA filings and annual reports, as required
- Recommend process improvement to elevate accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide exceptional service and support
