Role Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Troubleshooting Resolve hardware/software issues for on-site or remote users, providing L1L2L3 support as required.
Asset Management Install, upgrade, and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
Platform Management Manage virtual desktops (VDI), application streaming, and remote workforce platforms.
Service Desk Support Adhere to ITIL processes for incident resolution, tracking, and documentation in ServiceNow or similar systems.
Patch Management Ensure timely deployment of OS updates, security patches, and application software.
User Support Collaborate with VIP/high-priority users and provide deskside support as necessary
End User Computing (EUC) Support role ensures seamless operation of desktop environments (Windows/Mac), virtual desktops (VDI), and user hardware (laptops, printers, mobile devices).
