Key-Holder (Part-Time)
Reports to: Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager
Overview
As a Mavi Key-Holder, you lead by example on the sales floor. You help the team drive sales, deliver great customer service, and support training. You also open and close the store and step in as Manager on Duty when needed. This is a great role for someone who loves the brand and is ready to grow as a leader in a busy retail setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in customer service and drive daily sales
- Support onboarding and coach team in selling, upselling, and storytelling
- Host product knowledge (PK) and seasonal sales training sessions
- Run internal contests and incentive programs to boost team performance
- Collaborate on in-store events and local community engagement
- Open/close the store and serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 year of retail or customer service experience (key-holder or leadership experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable taking initiative and leading by example
- Passion for fashion and a genuine interest in denim
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel ,Word, Outlook)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift/move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
