Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and career development support to local and remote People Partners.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that support organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Coach leaders on employee performance, career development, employee relations, and performance management best practices.
- Lead investigations and provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Deliver training and development programs for leaders and team members while supporting organizational learning initiatives.
- Analyze workforce trends, exit interview feedback, and engagement data to recommend solutions that improve retention and employee experience.
- 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including business partnership and employee relations responsibilities.
- Strong experience coaching leaders on performance management, employee development, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders to develop and implement talent strategies that support organizational goals.
- Experience managing complex employee relations investigations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- 5 years of experience serving as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leader within a corporate environment.
- Experience utilizing UKG or similar HRIS platforms to manage employee data and reporting.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
