Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Pay Range: $67,960–$83,010 DOE and Bonus Opportunities

Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for capturing high-quality photo and visual content across a variety of environments, managing shoots from concept to delivery while ensuring alignment with brand standards and creative direction.
- Capture professional-grade photography of food, product, lifestyle, and outdoor adventure content
- Plan and execute photoshoots, including shot lists, props, models, and equipment setup
- Maintain a structured calendar for shoot days, editing timelines, and project deadlines
- Manage and maintain studio space and photography equipment to ensure readiness
- Produce content for marketing campaigns, social media, in-store signage, and branding initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams, category managers, and vendors to execute creative briefs
- 3 years of commercial photography experience with a strong, diverse portfolio across product, food, lifestyle, and outdoor photography
- Experience shooting in both studio and natural outdoor environments, with strong understanding of lighting techniques in each setting
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and tethering software, with the ability to deliver polished final assets
- Proven experience planning and executing full photoshoots, including creative direction, setup, and post-production workflows
- Experience creating content for marketing and brand campaigns, including social media and digital platforms
- The Maverik Spirit – you’re a clear communicator, team player, and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic experience with video production, motion graphics, or GIF creation
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
- Drone photography experience or FAA license
