Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Pay Range: $51,000–$63,000 DOE and Bonus Opportunities

Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- This role supports the development and testing of new menu items through hands-on recipe execution, product trials, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support new product development by collaborating with Category Managers and suppliers on ideation and sample creation
- Prepare, test, and evaluate recipes to ensure quality, consistency, and operational feasibility
- Execute product trials by following structured testing procedures and accurately measuring ingredients
- Partner with internal teams and suppliers to refine product concepts based on feedback
- Assist with in-store pilots and consumer testing, capturing observations and actionable insights
- Maintain test kitchen organization, cleanliness, and inventory while supporting tastings, events, and documentation
- Culinary Degree Required – Strong foundation in culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- 1 Years of Foodservice or Kitchen Experience – Hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to food prep and execution
- Strong Attention to Detail & Organization – Ability to follow precise measurements, testing procedures, and maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to Follow Structured Processes – Comfortable working within testing guidelines and executing recipes consistently without deviation
- Collaboration & Communication Skills – Ability to work cross-functionally, share feedback clearly, and contribute to a positive team environment

- Experience supporting product development, R&D, or test kitchen environments
- Exposure to food testing, recipe scaling, or operational rollout of menu items
