Pay Range: $90,000-$92,000 base salary commission opportunities The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Maverik’s commercial retail fuel marketing plan to grow customer base and retention
- Identify target companies and initiate contact with the appropriate decision-makers
- Communicate Maverik’s market proposition and propose tailored fueling solutions
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
- Utilize industry knowledge to optimize pricing, billing, and customer service processes
- Monitor customer sales, profitability, and satisfaction
- Travel extensively within assigned territories
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
- 5 years of experience in direct sales, account management, or channel development
- Experience with fuel card sales, services, and contract negotiation
- Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize competing needs, and solve work-related problems
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
- Experience in the petroleum or commercial fueling industry
- Familiarity with CRM and customer service systems
