Operations Lead

As an Operations Lead, you will serve as the central hub for financial and administrative excellence, ensuring that our daily business functions run with maximum efficiency. By leveraging your expertise in accounting and process optimization, you will drive impactful improvements in our operational workflows and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

• Oversee end-to-end financial workflows, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to ensure fiscal health.
• Execute precise financial reconciliations and maintain data integrity within our ERP and accounting software platforms.
• Streamline payroll processing and employee time-tracking systems to improve administrative accuracy.
• Drive operational performance by analyzing key metrics and identifying trends that inform leadership strategy.
• Facilitate seamless communication with external partners and internal stakeholders to foster strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure project milestones are met and operational goals are achieved.

Required Skills
