Professional Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining is mandatory.
- Proficiency in mill setup, specifically handling tool changes and offsets, is required.
- You must possess the ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings, including GD&T standards.
- Familiarity with HAAS CNC Mills, such as the VM-3, VF Series, or Super Mini Mill, or experience with 3/4 axis equipment is considered an asset.
- Expertise in programming using Fanuc controls, SolidWorks, or MasterCAM is highly desirable.

Core Duties:
- Manage the setup, programming, and operation of CNC mills and lathes to help the team deliver high-precision components within a job shop setting.
- Execute technical tasks including interpreting GD&T and blueprints, conducting machine setups, and managing offsets and tool changes.
- Contribute to quality assurance by performing part inspections and making minor program adjustments to support both production runs and prototype development.
- Complete various other tasks as directed by management to ensure operational efficiency.
