Building Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our building and equipment. Your proficiency in troubleshooting, interpreting schematics, and performing preventative maintenance will be essential to success.

• Conduct routine building maintenance and execute alteration projects to enhance facility functionality.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, adhering to safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain and service facility HVAC and automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Uphold a safe working environment by adhering to company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Contribute to facility improvement projects, offering technical insights and support.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in general building repair.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with practical electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with facility HVAC and automation systems.
• Basic proficiency in computer and math skills.
