You'll also have the opportunity to support HR leadership on employee relations, performance management, training initiatives, and employee engagement efforts in the future.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2 years of HR experience in a similar support or coordinator role
- Solid working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
- HRIS proficiency and comfort working across multiple systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — people feel comfortable coming to you
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
