Senior Powersports Technician (A-Level) – Maverick Motorsports
Maverick Motorsports is hiring an elite-level technician who can diagnose, fix, and move—without hand-holding at a 95% efficiency rate. If you’re the one other techs rely on to solve the tough problems, this is your spot.
We run a busy, production-driven shop working on Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, CFMoto, Arctic Cat, Triumph, and more. We’re not looking for average—we’re looking for someone who takes pride in being one of the best and quick.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair ATVs, motorcycles and UTVs.
- Handle complex electrical, fuel, and engine diagnostics
- Maintain speed and quality in a high-volume environment
- Work closely with service writers and parts to keep jobs moving
- Help raise the standard of the entire shop
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven A-level tech (or strong B ready to step up)
- Strong diagnostic ability—not just parts replacement
- Comfortable with modern diagnostic tools/software
- Self-motivated, accountable, and fast
- Shows up ready to produce
