What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team

  • Coach, mentor, and develop technicians and service staff through daily engagement
  • Build individual development plans and hold consistent one-on-one meetings
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Identify skill gaps and invest in training to elevate team capability

Drive Operations & Efficiency

  • Manage shop capacity, scheduling, and workload distribution
  • Establish clean, organized, and efficient workspaces
  • Design and refine processes to improve workflow, reduce downtime, and increase

productivity

  • Implement clear standards for job flow, communication, and quality control

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Champion a customer-first mindset focused on transparency and follow-through
  • Partner with parts and sales teams to ensure seamless experiences
  • Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Help rebuild and strengthen trust with our customers and local community

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in a service department (powersports, automotive, or

similar)

  • Strong coaching and mentoring ability—you have to care about developing people
  • Highly organized with a focus on process, structure, and execution
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with a high standard for professionalism

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
