What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team
- Coach, mentor, and develop technicians and service staff through daily engagement
- Build individual development plans and hold consistent one-on-one meetings
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Identify skill gaps and invest in training to elevate team capability
Drive Operations & Efficiency
- Manage shop capacity, scheduling, and workload distribution
- Establish clean, organized, and efficient workspaces
- Design and refine processes to improve workflow, reduce downtime, and increase
productivity
- Implement clear standards for job flow, communication, and quality control
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
- Champion a customer-first mindset focused on transparency and follow-through
- Partner with parts and sales teams to ensure seamless experiences
- Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and urgency
- Help rebuild and strengthen trust with our customers and local community
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a service department (powersports, automotive, or
similar)
- Strong coaching and mentoring ability—you have to care about developing people
- Highly organized with a focus on process, structure, and execution
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- A solutions-oriented mindset with a high standard for professionalism
