Position Overview:

We’re looking for a self motivated Business Development Manager with current experience in the direct hire or contract staffing space. You’ll be the bridge between our clients’ biggest hiring problems and our delivery team. You will do this by building deep, meaningful relationships with senior business leaders. You will leverage your experience to act as a trusted advisor, help clients solve complex problems and align meaningful work that expands the careers of our candidates. This role offers a lucrative opportunity directly tied to personal income and career growth, while working within a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity to build a specific book of business selling and closing business with Manufacturing, finance and accounting, Executive, Industrial, and/or Technology, clients.
  • Leverage our tools to identify high-value prospects and execute multi-channel outreach encompassing cold calling, email, and InMail, complemented by attending networking events to build a robust pipeline and accelerate business development.
  • Conduct in-depth account research and meet with prospects, qualify them, negotiate terms, and secure executed agreements
  • Lead intake calls for a deep understanding of clients open positions. Then act as the liaison between the client and our recruiters to ensure successful placements.
  • Saturate and find opportunities within the client's other departments and continue to build relationships within the account.
  • Accountable for driving the business in a direction that ensures financial targets are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.


Required Experience:

  • 2–4 years experience in Recruiting Sales in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Executive, Industrial, or finance and accounting space.
  • Proven track record of new client acquisition.
  • You can hold your own in a conversation with C-level executives and/or business leaders.
  • Comfortable cold-calling prospective clients.
  • College Degree preferred.

  • $60K (Negotiable) base salary uncapped 15% commissions on fees.
