BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development & Account Manager (BDAM) to act as the face of our firm—finding new partnerships, maximizing account penetration, and ensuring every client experience is world-class.
The Role
The BDAM owns the entire client lifecycle. You will be responsible for the "Hunt" (identifying and closing new business) and the "Harvest" (growing those relationships, managing hiring manager feedback, and ensuring our recruiters have exactly what they need to succeed). You are the bridge between the client’s needs and our delivery team.
Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and sign new clients within the Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT sectors through cold outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Account Saturation: Once a client is signed, go deep. Build relationships across different departments to become their primary staffing partner for all open roles.
- Requirements Gathering: Lead "intake calls" with hiring managers to understand the technical and cultural nuances of their open positions.
- Candidate Presentation: Review recruiter-sourced candidates and "sell" the best talent to the client, providing context that a resume alone can't show.
- Feedback Loop Management: Act as the primary point of contact for interview scheduling, candidate feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Strategic Reporting: Use ATS to track client activity, revenue goals, and pipeline health, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Full-Desk Recruiting or B2B Recruiting Sales. A "hunter" mindset with the organizational discipline to manage long-term client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven ability to speak the language of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales hiring managers
- Communication: Exceptional "soft skills"—you can cold-call a VP of Operations in the morning and network with a Sales Engineer at a networking event later that day.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required
- Tech Stack: Experience with Crelate ATS, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo are significant advantages.
