Business Development Manager – ProDrivers (Transportation and CDL) Orlando, FL
*Can live in Tampa, FL or Lakeland, FL with the expectation of being in the Orlando market at least 2 days a week!*

What You’ll Do
- Conduct 70% in-field prospecting and 30% account management.
- Develop relationships with transportation managers, fleet supervisors, and logistics leaders.
- Use LinkedIn, cold outreach, and field visits to build your sales pipeline.
- Identify challenges such as driver shortages, compliance needs, and turnover.
- Provide consultative solutions centered on safety, reliability, and DOT compliance.
- Win new business and expand your local transportation market.
What We’re Looking For
- High‑energy sales professional who thrives on competition.
- Proven success acquiring new customers using modern sales tools.
- Strong understanding of logistics or willingness to learn the industry’s challenges.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Valid driver’s license
- Outside sales experience.
