Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining a strong book of business by engaging with current and prospective clients. You will conduct face-to-face meetings to assess their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and represent some of the most prominent brands in metal fabrication and robotic welding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture client relationships through in-person meetings, identifying opportunities and providing effective solutions.
- Represent leading industry brands while addressing client requirements in metal fabrication and robotic welding equipment.
- Perform cold calls and travel to customer sites to expand your territory and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Manage sales activities with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, including executives and CEOs.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in computers, finance, and business principles.
- Enthusiasm for cold calling and willingness to travel to client locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, plus expenses.
- Commission structure starting at 30% and scaling up to 45%, with potential to transition to a straight commission plan.

Location
