Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for growing revenue throughout the Southeast territory, with a primary focus on Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi.  This is a highly visible, field-based sales position combining account management, technical sales, business development, and territory ownership. • Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Present technical products and solutions to engineers, manufacturing leaders, plant managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Conduct customer visits, demonstrations, presentations, trade shows, and regional industry events.
  • Work with customers to identify productivity, quality, inspection, and automation challenges.
  • Help customers understand the technical and financial value of proposed solutions.
  • Develop opportunities from initial contact through closing and implementation.
