Current Opportunity: Human Resources Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and professional HR Coordinator to support a wide range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a meticulous approach to compliance and employee support.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate talent recruitment through multiple sourcing avenues.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.
- Assist with employee benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k).
- Ensure timely enrollment and termination of employee benefits.
- Coordinate COBRA notifications and terminations with third-party administrators.
- Track employee attendance, PTO, unpaid time, and work capacity using internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Update HR systems and attendance records as needed.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including documentation and coordination of disciplinary actions.
- Support management with performance reviews and employee documentation.
- Assist with unemployment claim responses.
- Support compliance with labor laws and required reporting such as ACA and non-discrimination filings.
- Assist with updating and documenting job descriptions and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR-related reports as requested.
- Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of human resources or related administrative experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient with computer applications; strong knowledge of Excel and HRIS/ERP systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling routine and confidential administrative tasks with accuracy.
- Knowledge of HR practices, benefits administration, and employment compliance.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
