This is a full-time, on-site role located in Olathe, KS. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines, machining parts, and ensuring machinery is functioning optimally. Day-to-day duties include interpreting technical drawings, adhering to quality control standards, and ensuring precision in all machining tasks. Additional responsibilities may include troubleshooting equipment and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience in setup and calibration of CNC machines
- Knowledge of Quality Control processes to ensure parts meet specified standards
- Experience with Milling and general Machining techniques
- Familiarity with Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting production timelines
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred
