PC Hardware and software installation 2. End user support - face to face and via telephone 3. Excellent customer service skills It’s highly desirable that the candidate also have: 1. Experience with computer system and user administration. 2. Technical familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory. 3. Experience with Windows 10,11 4. Experience with Office 365 5.
