The Ideal Candidate: Personable. Organized. Proactive. Must have at least 1 years of RC experience and must have ATS experience (Ashby is a plus!).

- Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring a smooth, thoughtful candidate journey from outreach to onsite.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring workflows in the ATS while staying ahead of updates, changes, and scheduling needs.
- Serve as a responsive, welcoming point of contact for candidates throughout each stage of the process.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage pipeline activity, anticipate scheduling demands, and prioritize shifting needs.
- Support onsite interviews by greeting candidates, preparing materials, and ensuring each visit is seamless and professional.
