The Day-to-Day:
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper and partner to the COO in a highly active, meeting-heavy environment
- Manage extensive scheduling, preparation, briefing materials, and follow-through on action items
- Coordinate and support domestic and international travel
- Ensure the COO is always prepped, organized, and positioned for success
- Help manage the day-to-day operations of a 10-person office, ensuring a smooth, professional environment
- Support meeting logistics, presentations, materials, and communications
- Anticipate needs, resolve problems quickly, and maintain calm, poise, and professionalism under pressure
