The Day-to-Day
- Own complex, rapidly shifting calendar management across global offices, leadership meetings, candidate interviews, and cross-functional priorities.
- Coordinate and execute all travel, logistics, and offsites (domestic & international), ensuring seamless, high-touch support.
- Prepare executive briefing materials, agendas, and follow-through workflows to keep the CPO’s priorities aligned with company objectives.
- Act as an external-facing liaison with candidates, partners, investors, and People leadership stakeholders — ensuring polished, consistent communication at all touchpoints.
