Duties/Day to Day Overview
• Own web analytics strategy and measurement frameworks across digital properties
• Design, maintain, and evolve tagging and data collection architecture (GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
• Build dashboards and reports that translate raw data into clear business recommendations
• Partner with Product, UX, Marketing, and Engineering to define tracking requirements and success metrics
• Lead A/B testing and conversion analysis initiatives to improve site performance
• Identify data quality issues and drive resolution with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Top Requirements
(Must haves)
• 5 years of web analytics experience in an e-commerce or digital product environment
• Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems (GTM)
• Hands-on SQL skills and experience with BI tools for visualization
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, SEO, and paid media attribution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell data-driven stories to non-technical audiences
