Infosys is seeking a Lead ionic web Developer.
In the role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle in Java and Angular. You will also be expected to build high-throughput, fault tolerant systems with requirements including elicitation, application architecture, definition and design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Candidates must be located within commuting distance of New York, NY or be willing to relocate to the area. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.Experience in Ionic, Capacitor, Browser Stack, in addition to the web stack (Angular, Node, GraphQL), testing frameworks (Jasmine/Karma), CI/CD pipelines, and Azure cloud.Preferred Qualifications
Ability to lead and manage end-to-end technical deliverables of an entire cross-functional POD team.Strong proficiency in Ionic, Capacitor, Browser Stack, and the web stack (Angular, Node, GraphQL), testing frameworks (Jasmine/Karma), CI/CD pipelines, and Azure cloud.Detail-oriented, collaborative, and focused on delivering high-quality user experiences following best development practices.Ability to provide technical oversight to all team members within the POD team.Ability to understand technical dependencies, integration challenges and perform proactive monitoring.Ability to plan, assign, and track daily tasks for team members within POD; participate in stakeholder meetings to track deliverables.Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solutioning.Work closely with client stakeholders including engineering leads, product team, and solution architects.Think strategically about software systems, designing solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business needs.Finance & wealth management domain knowledge is a must.Review and integrate application requirements including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.Develop standards and policies - technical and methodological.Experience in a Global delivery environment and cloud-based development platforms with end-to-end integration.Familiarity with agile development processes and methodologies.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
