Skill Area | Description / Evaluation Criteria |
Overall Salesforce Experience | minimum 7 years of Salesforce experience and hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and cloud implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.). |
Apex & OOP Concepts | Experience with Apex development, OOP principles (inheritance, polymorphism, dependency injection), code reusability, and unit testing/mocking. |
Triggers & Asynchronous Processing | Hands-on experience with bulkified triggers, trigger frameworks, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex. |
Lightning Web Components (LWC) | Experience developing reusable LWCs, component communication, and integrating LWCs with Apex. |
Integration Experience | Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and end-to-end API integrations. |
Design Patterns & Enterprise Architecture | Familiarity with Salesforce Enterprise Patterns such as Trigger Framework, Service Layer, Selector, Factory, Domain Layer, and Unit of Work. |
