Project Description
Lead adoption and organizational change efforts for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Duties/Day to Day Overview
- Assist in managing the Copilot Champions network.
- Assist in communications, engagement campaigns, and training plans.
- Assist with facilitating champion meetings, office hours, and feedback sessions.
- Partner on adoption strategy and stakeholder management.
- Once FTE, manage 1-2 direct reports
Top Requirements
(Must haves)
- Retail industry experience preferred
- More importantly is having experience with organizations with a lot of legacy systems AND legacy people
- Soft Skills are extremely important
- Very visible position
- Will be leading the program from a Business/Analytics standpoint
- Must be able to distill technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Sr. Leadership and Stakeholder engagement
- Ability to escalate quickly and effectively
- Change management, communications, training, or adoption programs.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
